She holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences and has completed advanced training in trauma life support, emer- gency medicine, clinical research, adult life support, and female urology through programs at Yale University and the European Resuscitation Council. She is also an active member of the Association of Surgeons of Uganda, Women in Surgery Africa, and the Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners Council.
Her clinical practice focuses on disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system. Prior to treatment, Dr. Namugga conducts thorough diagnostic assessments, including detailed clinical examination, laboratory investigations, and appropriate imaging studies such as ultrasound, MRI, or X-ray, to ensure accurate diagnosis and targeted management.
